Meet The Team
Director
Rob Francis
Rob has been organising events to raise funds for MOSS Foundation’s clean water projects since 2005.
He works in the extractive, waste, recycling & environment industry and is responsible for managing environmental compliance and stakeholder relationships for communities, governments and industry.
Career experience includes developing recycling programs for Councils and some of Australia’s largest companies, as well as work in the fashion and construction industries. Rob was also Australia’s first professional skateboarder.
Rob lives with his wife in Melbourne, Australia and has two adult children.
Director
Bruce Jameson
Bruce has been scoping, designing, supervising and working with disadvantaged communities to build permanent clean water schemes for MOSS Foundation since 2007 and has built dozens of water schemes, changing the lives of thousands of people. Bruce also plays in a blues band.
Prior career experience includes owning a commercial refrigeration business and service in the Rhodesian Air Force.
Bruce lives with his wife and school aged child in Mbabane, eSwatini / Swaziland, Southern East Africa.
Field Operations Manager
Hendry Dlamini
Hendry Dlamini who is a giant amongst men, is Bruce's right hand man. Hendry in the field operations manager, a qualified master builder class A, and works tirelessly to ensure that Moss Foundation project are delivered to the highest standards every time.
Hendry is undaunted by any of the challenges which he encounters and in fact thrives on overcoming the most difficult of tasks. Between Bruce and Hendry, who think very much alike on technical matters, they have been successful on all the Moss Foundation project completed to date.

Hendry also plays a vital role as community liaison for early engagement with the communities including skills training and being actively involved in the construction and commission of the projects.

When not working on Moss Project, Hendry keeps himself busy tending to his farm in the Jubukweni community in eSwatini.
Support Officer
Thandeka Mabuza
Thandeka provides project support to the MOSS Africa team assisting with grant submissions among other tasks.
Thandeka holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Chemistry, with over 5 years of experience in the ESwatini health development sector to on-the-ground implementation of development initiatives, middle management of development initiatives, and country level decision influencing for the Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria portfolio functions.
